Great comp and benefits, great company culture and awesome leadership and CEO

the company went through a lot of changes the past few years with some larger mergers/acquisitions, and there was a lot of uncertainty, but the dust has settled and the company is in a great place. I think they will continue to acquire smaller firms in the future but I don’t foresee a huge merger/acquisition again.

Hybrid work. Not much pros.

Terrible Management. Stingy Company. Not fully transparent. Most of the employees are depressed and complain about the company, management, and pay to one another. Better pay, management, and opportunities elsewhere. They underpay employees here and got rid of 60-70% of their employees.
