Management doesn't listen, even to timelines they ask for. Management doesn't get reviewed or accept feedback so they don't change or improve. All feedback given by management is negative. No onboarding or training, have to find ways to learn about the company without getting in trouble for not knowing it before you were hired. You "own your career" but you have to ask your manager to review you so you can see if the company wants to promote you. Not all managers understand HIPPA privacy, you might have something shared publicly against your will. Fires people without warning or attempting remediation.
