      Salary is competitive with good insurance

      Owner and his minions in the corporate office in Magnolia are horrible to work for/ with. Owner has an explosive volatile temper that goes off without warning. Makes everyone extremely nervous and causes employees to backstab each other so that they can shift blame. Do not get involved with these people. It will be detrimental to your mental and financial wellbeing! Owners may be sociopaths

      Working with RVision Homes I learned the importance of focusing on and building my future as this company has a proactive workplace environment.

      The pay was good. Decent benefits.

      Hostile work environment. Owner is an anti-social bully. Very high employee turnover rate because he screams and cusses at the least issue. Low quality builder. Sales team is encouraged to be hostile towards clients when they disagree with how their homes are being built. Employees are frightened of the owner and will turn on each other to stay in his good graces. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
