Trabajar desde casa y solo eso

1.-There are no salespeople delivering results in acquiring new clients. 2.-There is no clear vision or strategy for the company’s direction. 3.-There are no good salaries or compensation packages, nor bonuses or profit sharing. 4.-It’s been a long time since anyone has heard from the CEO, and everyone feels superior. 5.-Excessive micromanagement, harassment, and workplace bullying by a Scrum Master who was even given an award/prize, and the PLs behaving very strangely—so much so that they even signed emails together 😆 6.-If you ask someone in Finance a question, they respond in a bad mood. 7.-One specific person, identified by several team members, only engages in conversations with upper management at company gatherings; if you don’t have a “high enough” rank for their classism, they simply ignore you. 8.-Values and principles are completely lost, as they used to care more about people than about numbers. 9.-Unpaid overtime. 10.-Vacation requests denied. etc.

Flexibility Travelling Open-Door policy for employees Good Bonuses

Kontras

Even though they say that we are family but in corporate world there is no family, just employees. So don't fall for "We are a Family" pitch.

Pros

100% Remote position. I had a wonderful work/life balance while working here. Good company.

Company unfortunately has had some layoffs in 2023. I really hope they can turn things around.
