UTC (Now RTX) really invests a lot in young talent. The rotational programs are a fantastic way to kick off your career and gives a great, diverse experience for your first 2-3 years.
Kontras
As a company RTX can be a bit slow and bureaucratic, but its what you can expect of a large aerospace company. Also promotion structure can be a bit rigid with no opportunity to receive a bonus until manager / AD level.
