job stability, ethical leadership, some colleagues are extremely competent, interesting products, great place to be if you are considered to be a diverse employee.

To meet diversity goals too many incompetents are put into leadership positions, Promotions seem to be mostly based upon whether you are “diverse”. Leaders are chosen based on who has their hand up, waving that they want to be a leader rather than leaders being chosen based upon exhibited behaviors in the workplace. Difficult to implement improvements to processes. Not the best place to be if you’re an aging white male who still wants to grow his career. I’ve never encountered so much incompetence in positions of authority.
