Its a good job BUT ONLY if you are from the area.

Nobody that is not from the area stays even 2 years. managing culture is punitive and makes up policies that affect everyone rather than addressing the problem employees. Toxic employees dominate many areas because they continue to not manage individually. Touch labor is how they make money yet they treat them like high school and good employees fo 10 years plus with no promotion and nominal 1% raises.
