THE WORST JOB EVER - Customer Service Representative bei RTR Financial Services: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The worst job ever created. As I was coming in people were leaving and it seems as though it is on rotation. They will always tell you what you’re doing wrong. Which makes your moral go down. They will literally let you go and won’t think twice about it. After a certain amount if weeks you should be at a certain production lvl and if not you’re out the door. they will not listen to the employees. They ask you if you need training on something to let them know but when you do tell them they will push it back. DO NOT WORK HERE
