They hire dozens of claims rep a month, so that they can cut you a few weeks after training if you do not live up to their ridiculous micro managing. They deal mainly with Medicaid claims, which most billing services will not touch or bother with for the low payments. Our weekly huddle was held once in two months, with the manager not confident enought to lead the group. Excruciating three week training, too much micro managing, old antiquated billing software.
