Micro Management Expect the world and don't get any praise in return. You are constantly left questioning your validity. Everything is urgent and high priority and needs to get done ASAP only to be completely forgotten about the second you finish the work. You can't be promoted unless you are friends with leadership. Otherwise you will do all the work for your management to never be recognized. You have to constantly prove yourself, and the pay is abysmal
