Pros
If you are a fresher/junior who wants to start your journey, this is the place. My team, luckily, is very nice, and my manager is always willing to guide me with every tasks. You will grow very fast here when you will have exposure to APAC market recruitment. If you are a result-driven, ambitious, and want a fast-paced, international environment to grow, this is the place.
Kontras
The KPI here is super hard to achieve, so it will be very pressured. The benefit here is just okay, I guess... just the very basic package that you can find in most companies, when you compare it with some other recruiting agencies.
