There is Flexi time, so you can start any time between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and finish between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Good WFH opportunities. Senior management is easy to talk to and approachable. Ability to work up to 37.5 hours Monday to Thursday before a bank holiday Monday to take Fridays off before a long weekend. Interesting projects that provide unique challenges. Teams are a bit disconnected from each other and siloed. There is a bit too much work to spread amongst team members. Serious seating issue in the office, fewer desks than employees. Pay is just below the mean.
