You may be given the freedom to work on large impressive projects early in your career, unfortunately you won't receive any training or guidance, so if you are capable you might be able to propel your career past RPS, others are left to fail and have all blame placed on them.

I have witnessed employees rights violated, questionable billing to clients and a total lack of morals from management while working at this company. If you are looking at RPS for a possible position, don't take it. If you do, the best day working there will be the day you quit. If you happen to work at one of the many firms that is being bought up by RPS, start looking for a new job. I have witnessed multiple times RPS buy a small firm only to quickly (1-2 years) drive it into the ground and lose all contracts and lay off all employees. If you are the owner of a company that RPS is courting to buy out, don't do it if you care about your employees or the name you have built for yourself. Pay rates are terrible, and year after year RPS employee average wages have continued to drop or stagnate, you will never receive a standard of living increase and will only ever receive the tiniest raises if you are internally promoted. Overall their wages and benefits are well below industry standard. To top this all off kiss your job security good bye, as I have witnessed multiple times long term skilled employees be laid off only to be replaced shortly after by friends or family of VPs or senior managers. On top of this those friends and family members are usually unskilled and put into a position where they will be likely to put client contracts at risk.
