The salary has been quite good, the equipment and the building were modern, I used cutting-edge technology, I knew about new products and technologies before they reached the market

The overall attitude of the management was way below any industry standard, many times we were treated as slaves on a cotton plantation. The workflow of information was the worst in my entire career of 15 years, I am not sure if it was on purpose or just a lack of understanding. There is no vision, at least at the employee's level, things are ordered "as is".
