      no hay ningun ventaja ni beneficio

      mala comunicacion, malos sueldos, a nadie le importa tu path profesional, prometen cosas que no cumplen, la perfomance review no sirve de nada por mas que sea increible, te pagan menos que a un empleado de mc donalds

      3 weeks vacation Argentina holidays paid Christmas "bonus" (one salary divided in 2 annually) Payment in USD

      The manager/leadership area leaves EVERYTHING to be desired, they do not consider the human resource, they like to make you feel less and that you owe them something just because they pay in USD. You have no privacy, because they will call you on your cell phone at will no matter what happened. "Team building" does not exist in their dictionary.
