Lots of fun team trips with lots of alcohol. Pay is near market rate. Great coworkers in the non-management side, I can definitely say I have friends at work.

I came to write this review because when management discovered the 1st negative review on glassdoor, they interrogated the DAS team and pressured the writer of the review to step forward. Of course, no one volunteered to come forward to be fired. I found the response to the negative review very tone deaf and distressing, so much so that I have definitely decided to leave as soon as possible. Management is either overworked and don't pay attention to their analysts or are so far removed in their pet projects that they do not know or care what is happening with the lowly analysts. Analysts are also stuck doing grunt work with little learning or career advancement opportunities.
