ROI is terrific to work for and really cares about all of us in the company. It doesn't matter what level you are in the organization. The people who work here are really smart, talented and fun too! The projects are really interesting and the team knows how to make sure our clients get what they need with some very innovative and thoughtful solutions. We have developed cool ways for our clients to connect with and engage their employees. I would definitely recommend ROI to others interested in working here!

Nothing significant to worry about. I would love to see our in-person team meetings take place more often but I understand that they can be a lot of work to plan and also be expensive.
