      Really meaningful work. A great support system and the ability to feel heard no matter what. Lots of room for growth and training. Ideas are valued.

      Expectations and tasks are clearly defined. Innovative atmosphere. Nice people.

      Pros

      You can come and go as you please. They buy breakfast every Friday. You can take as little as 20 minutes for a break.

      Kontras

      They do not care about their employees at all. They have horrible benefits offered to you. It took me six months to get a promised three month review. Forced overtime.
