      Pros

      You can easily maintain work life balance in RNF, except some days when there is a lot of work. Employees are treated well here. This is what I like the most about this place. The company's work from home policy is good. Plus, the environment is so positive that you don't feel stressed at work.

      New company to US not very established so good chance for you to help them establish them

      Really they have nothing in the US. They hired me to help them establish a presence in Houston and only gave me 7 months before they said it wasnt working
