horrible management. upper management doesn't understand cutting metal. they only understand numbers and bottom line. they push down the chain of command to make processes faster than capable. the machinist at this company does way to much. you will be deburring parts, running the machine and making offsets, inspecting your parts completely. on two machines at least. management is also talking about making people run 3 machines. they also follow the buddy system unless you get in with middle management don't expect to move up. they pay is not very good as well.
