The terrible company culture makes this a place I get chills of when I think about my time there. Employees are not treated with respect from management and coworkers are very rude to you for the first six months when you start working there to "see what you can handle" and "find your breaking point"... this is encouraged by the married owners of this company. There is no direct HR department you can go to if you are having issues with someone because the owner will listen to you then go and tell him or her what you had to say, very much like high school. Beware if you decide to leave the company because you are too smart to stick around anymore, your last few weeks there will be a living hell. Employees are expected to work on weekends and at home after they have already put in 12 hours at the office. It is expected you will go home and get back online while watching tv or eating dinner to do more work- so kiss your social and personal lives goodbye, along with all your friends and personal relationships. If you want to work in a cut throat, high-stress environment where you can expect to be yelled at, swore at and belittled in front of others on a daily basis, then RMD is what you are looking for. This company has ruined the PR/Advertising field for me.
