Pros

Nice Shoreditch office near Liverpool St if based onsite. Otherwise it's a recruitment agency and mostly you'll go straight onto the client site almost from start date. Keep head down produce safe work and you'll be left alone, challenging boundaries = pushback - Perms are the stars that are paraded and they want to keep it that way.

Kontras

As another reviewer said, interview process can be hit or miss. Data theft and breaches - Telling it how it is, after string of recent events, don't follow company rules there aren't really any, follow client rules to the letter or best practice however tiresome to avoid being punished for their neglect in this area.

Pros

- Some great people - the UX and UI designers, the Commercial team, the Office manager. - Great office, and plans to move to an even bigger/ better one - Amazing weekend at a spa for perm employees - A few great leaders, who are truly inspirational to other employees - Good client projects - Skilled group of people - A lovely group of people (with a few exceptions) from the lovely owners, to the contractors who may only be employed for 1 project. The recruitment process is thorough and people generally get on well. - It can be useful and interesting to be part of the larger NTT Group - Great work/life balance most of the time. People started and left at reasonable times.

Kontras

- Is it an agency or a corporation? It has the funky office and free snacks, great coffee etc, but is run by a senior team who don't have a large corporate background and can't quite grasp the agency culture. That leads to some frustration. I don't just mean the perks, I mean they want to hold on to hierarchy and control - and this restricts innovation. - There were some people who demanded respect because they were senior - they did not earn it though. I saw them make juniors cry with their unhelpful, critical feedback. It wasn't even constructive - just on a power trip.
