Personal Experience and Opinion-4.5 Years at RKB - Director of Operations bei RKB Facility Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've worked for a year in this company and I've felt supported from day 1. I moved from Executive Assistant to my new position. They allow you to grow and learn. They also give you the chance to step up to a new role if you feel you are up to it. That meant a lot to me because I was given a trust to do a new job for them.

I have no negative experience with them

I’ve been working for the company a little over 3 years and have been treated with the most respect and have been supported by upper management. Leadership is very responsive and supportive in many ways possible. As long as the task at hand (great customer service to our client and constant communication) is being performed, the rest comes naturally. Over the years there has been a shift but I’m seeing that the negativity is being replaced with positivity. To all those considering the company, please keep in mind that the negative reviews are coming from negativity. We are in control of our actions and as stated above, if the work is not being performed, it shows. There is also a previous review about a previous “Operations Specialist” and that’s inaccurate because in the first to be honored with that new position.

I struggle with working remote because I have been doing it for so many years but I do miss seeing people especially my work family.
