Pros

You can take as much time off as you want if you are in the club. You can be drunk and drink at work. You can get hired multiple times if you have been fired for failing drug tests. If you don't know what you are doing but you act like you do you will get promoted.

Kontras

Nepotism, Nepotism, Nepotism!!! Promote incompetence. Terrible Senior, and Middle management, Low raise if you get a raise. Too many people acting as management. Bid too many jobs and do not have the staff to get the job done. Management lies and promotes a family type of environment. Does not listen to employees pleas for help. I know of one employee who was told by his/her manager they have to worry about getting their kid healthy before they would be up for a promotion. Micromanaging is a huge problem. Managers operate by pressure, not by inspiration nor support. Obedience is preferred to loyalty.

If I got give a negative star review on this company I would. NOT A SINGLE PRO OF WORKING HERE.

Low pay. They have fired an entire devision in one go with no warning or reason. Learning&Development has never created training for the sales team. Gaslighting. Force people into roles they do not want, only other option provided is quitting without notice. Change sales goals on a daily basis and punish for not completing a goal you were never made aware of. company has NEVER made a single new sale in UT. MASONGISTIC IN EVERYWAY.
