Each team operates very differently. On my team, expectations often feel unrealistic, with an unspoken expectation to work 60+ hours a week despite messaging around work-life balance. Leadership tends to be top-down, with limited openness to team input. If you’re comfortable in a high-pressure, call center–style environment, this may be a fit—but it may not be ideal for those prioritizing a healthier work-life balance. There is a lot of nepotism and managers just hire their friends that have little to no experience in the role.

If I got give a negative star review on this company I would. NOT A SINGLE PRO OF WORKING HERE.

Low pay. They have fired an entire devision in one go with no warning or reason. Learning&Development has never created training for the sales team. Gaslighting. Force people into roles they do not want, only other option provided is quitting without notice. Change sales goals on a daily basis and punish for not completing a goal you were never made aware of. company has NEVER made a single new sale in UT. MASONGISTIC IN EVERYWAY.
