Pros
Surveillance Director and Direct Manager knew how to run their departments as a whole. The President of the company generally did a great job as well. The Team I worked with were very hard working and understanding when the eventual mandatory overtime was required. General employees were easy to get along with for the most part. There are a couple that proved to be very difficult to deal with. In recent months, higher ups have finally taken to heart the complaints of the employees on a select few people who have been problematic, and tried separating them from those who they were being problematic towards.
Kontras
POOR LOWER MANAGEMENT!!! There is a specific senior manager that is know for running in and forcing departments to change their SOP and standards in order to do things the way they want, not the way that the department does them in order to stay productive. This person is also known for picking verbal fights with co-workers while on the floor and using that to get the co-worker in trouble, even though they were in the wrong. There are a couple non-management employees that will go out of their way to send vague, passive aggressive emails in an effort to get you in trouble, even though they are in the wrong. Even though the SOP says overtime is "optional", that is a very loose term. Most of the time, overtime was mandatory, even when not outright needed to get certain jobs done.
