Lots of great projects to build up your knowledge and resume. The people that work there are genuinely great for the most part.
Kontras
Work-life balance is expected to go out the window if you want to move up. Their DEI policies sound great - top-up during maternity leave especially - but a year of mat leave actually holds you back 2-3 years in advancement with the company. There are finally some mothers who have made it to leadership roles, but it's taken them at least twice as long as their male counterparts.
