Pros

I have read the 2 past reviews, and an unsure where the negativity lies. I am a current employee at RJ Health Systems, and am very happy working here. Upper management is very supportive of their employees and promote within when they see applicable. I would recommend anyone that I know to work here.

Kontras

Not Applicable- I enjoy working here.

Pros

RJ Health may be a small company in the grand scheme of things, but it has big personality! If you do your job, have a good attitude and are willing to do your part, they will take care of you. Everyone is willing to throw down and help where they can. You have the freedom to try new ideas and upper management will always give you the respect to at least hear you out. The pay is above market value for most positions, PTO offerings are better than most... and the bi-monthly free company lunches are a nice touch!

Kontras

As you can see from the one star reviews... we are weeding out the cons as we speak... sour grapes.

Pros

Salary is at market, benefits are very good, there is free coffee, free Friday lunches, the new office location is an improvement, and the CEO closes the place last minute pretty frequently around the holidays.

Kontras

This place is burning to the ground internally. The infighting is absurd & layoffs feel like they are coming soon to a 2018 near you. In short, sales hasn’t sold nearly enough, product hasn’t launched anything in years that customers are interested in, and we’re bleeding customers - meanwhile each department is trumpeting their success. Add to the above a culture where there are two dominant cliques, the mean girls and the alcoholic guys. The cliques determine who will try and undermine you and who (including management) is going to back you. It’s like prison, you have to join one to survive or hope you can make it by being unobtrusive - I’ve never seen a place so unprofessional.

I consider team feedback (both good and bad) as key to RJ Health's continued success. We have grown as a company at +20% for the past 3 years, promoted from within, and worked hard to give team members the freedom to build something special for us & themselves. I have always cherished job idependence / role ownership in a company. That being said, we will always need to improve and better communication is my takeaway from these very visceral feelings. If this is a current employee, please know my door is always open - I pride myself on concentrating on the future and hope that trait is shared.
