Nice office, stocked snack room, free breakfast every Friday, (generally) friendly people, nice entry-level opportunities, some professional development.

Kontras

Not much room for growth (dependent on department), lower salaries than competitors, lots of nepotism and favoritism at every level, clique-y, they prefer hiring externally instead of promoting current employees, lack of transparency in all regards, huge salary discrepancies.
