      Pros

      It's a very friendly and productive working environment. I can always bring my ideas and improvement suggestions to the table and the team is interested to see what we can do about it. Also, from the social side, it's a really nice place to work.

      Kontras

      From time to time plans don't work out and in such case it gets quiet chaotic pretty quickly. And sometimes I'm not entirely sure if there really is a plan behind certain actions.

      Pros

      Die Projekte sind manchmal mittelmäßig, aber es gibt auch ein paar großartige Projekte. Die Leute sind großartig, talentiert und enthusiastisch.

      Kontras

      Die Gehälter sind eher niedrig, insbesondere da die Arbeitszeiten in der Produktion extrem hoch sind und das Management nicht der Meinung ist, dass Burnout bei den Mitarbeitern insgesamt ein großes Problem darstellt. Es wäre ein toller Arbeitsplatz, aber nicht auf Kosten des Privatlebens.
