Cool people, distant management, no clear path for growth - Employee bei RIESTER: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pay is low, raises are scarce, encouragement of employee development is lacking, and having managers who care about you is very hit or miss. Some people are placed on a team where they’re set up for success whereas others are left to alone to sink or swim. Very odd environment that started strong but has become increasingly discouraging. Several years in without a raise or significant gain in skills. I’m just confused. Also the communication during the pandemic has been atrocious. Layoffs were treated very absurdly and discussion surrounding when we will be back in office is nonexistent. Never seen a company where 95% employees have no idea what is going on with the business.
