Besides law, the rest of the group operates like start-ups with close to no long term business plans. One day they operate, next day they close . Management didn’t think through a business plan and revenue model before starting one.

Toxic culture, agree with review - bunch of egomaniacs.
Poor management. Dept head is clueless but given too much power. No directions given. Work is thrown to bottomline endlessly with no guidance and no empathy. Staffs have strong cliques and only hang out with their own kind, ignoring others, and work is thrown to people outside their clique.
Very toxic environment and full of red flags.
