Pros
It is easy to get on the pay roll. The interview process is fairly straight forward. You get to either accept or decline an assignment. In other words you don't have to do an assignment once on the payroll, which is the case with most temp workers.
Kontras
RHT is horrible. They don't care about finding you any good assignments. They make promises to get your hopes up and then cancel on you.
