Pros

They try to create a positive work environment. Salary and bonuses are pretty good. This company is 100% remote and flexible.

Kontras

There's room to grow; however, some managers are bias and show favoritism. Managers don't always promote from within which is a reflection on them. They need to do a better job with onboarding and training. There's no training manual, employee handbook or set company policies.
