Flexible, empower you to make own decisions, doesn’t micro manage, supportive colleagues who are real and have a strong sense of team, the perks like simply health where you can claim back money for glasses, chiropractor, private health check ups etc but what I think is the number one is they have some really amazing people who are passionate about what they do, in making a difference and making lives better and the company encourages this.

Parking but this isn’t RHP fault. I would say communication between teams sometimes too however it is improving all the time.
