None unprofessional and ghetto ..no chain of command. Supervisors has no purpose due to their overwhelming need for direct care staff so they do what they want. And the program is ghetto from top to bottom. And its top heavy.

Chain of command terrible and they are not oraganize and unprofessional. .changed name to to clean up their terrible buisiness real ghetto there..they should disorganize again and start over again..3rd time a charm.
