Flexibility in work schedule, management does not micromanage, annual CE credits, unique position that allows for employees to make meaningful connections w/ clients, their families and school staff. Good attitude from other team members & never felt that expectations for my performance were unrealistic.
Kontras
Minimal training or guidance other than the required trainings provided by RHA, this really was a jump in & figure it out kind of job, which could be very stressful at times. Also, the wear & tear on your car is brutal. You really have to be invested in working with these families & learning how to best provide support for the amount of miles driving to seem worthwhile.
