PTO accrues quickly because there is no one to cover you so you can take off. Once you hit the cap you stop accruing. If you decided to leave you only get 1/2 of what you have accrued. Very chaotic and stressful. Management is clueless or do not care. Not much leadership or training but a lot of blame. No raises and you are expected to do the job of 3 or 4 people. Job titles and responsibilities are not clear. Very high turn over. Not much room for advancement.
