From other DSP's I have heard the pay however the pay is even with other residential group home providers and has recently been increased and passed along to DSP's
I’m speaking for my city only, but RHA The most easiest, laid back job you can have. The individuals are like family. It’s almost like a home away from home.

THE MOST MESSIEST PLACE. I don’t care if you do stay in your own lane, someone somewhere is going to most definitely try you and it can be for no apparent reason at all. Too many family clicks, cougar clicks, jealousy and envy, It’s ridiculous.
