For me, the only thing is the client I am handling I require frequent and long travel out of town. (Personal reason)

Expanding very well in terms of clientele recently and good experience so far in terms of work quality and work life balance. Because you can log off at 5 pm.

Not a lot of serious cons, the only trade off is the compensation in comparison to Big4s or other industry roles. But that is still a reasonable tradeoff for the less stressful environment offered here.
