Pros
We used to telework back then, even though the "manager" tried to bring us to the office so he can bother us every 2 min and ask for cigarette breaks and just socialize waste our time/production and talk about his ridiculous heroism stories Gave me a backpack, I swear on everything that have a value to me , it was torn apart by itself on my way home the first day
Kontras
Everything: -Old, us3less stack, bad and uneducated management, bad practices by people with more than 15 years of experience! -There is 15 or more manager between a developer and a BIG manager. Everything takes an eternity to be done... -I was developer and I had one manager just for me. -They li3d about the language, everything (almost) is in Italian. -They li3d about the stack, you have interviews and they sell you some technologies, just so you end up never using them and using prehistoric framework/ technologies. -Not organized, no one knows how things work, there is a lot of black boxes that are mastered only by old Italian people that speak only some Italian, no support, rare documentation, 0 onboarding or process, they don't invest in you to learn their poorly written and complex own tools, you be thrown in the wi -Tunisia office is so awful, sad atmosphere, small offices, feels like an abandoned factory, they try to always give you the bare minimum (chair, office, screen, laptop, headphone) they have the slav3 mentality, when people think they owe you, because they gave you a job - Managers have issues they want you to be a slav3 to obbey to fear them and you can feel they will appreciate it if you bring them coffee or just lick some boots -Technically wise everyone is bellow average, because they have small scope, already poorly written projects, hard to fix/update code ; they would rather hire juniors just to rip them off salary wise (so underpayed compared to the market) and because they ignore the outside world -Now they l1e even more on social media and visit universities and have fake motivation videos, events... of course because everyone is escaping -HR are slow for the minimum service you need I don't blame the personal, but RGI is so cheap to hire people that handle needs -The office had broken toilet for almost 6 months, that was fixed only when the "italians" decided to visit -When visiting europe office everyone has a room, except tunisians because they have the best manager that was so smart he figured Tunisians can share a room and he would rather save that money and pay it to government as tax 🧠 -They will put buzz words like cloud, ai, big data and they keep repeating the word migration for next 20 years even though most of them don't know what it means The list goes on and on
