RFP360 is a breath of fresh air. The product is solid, the market opportunity is huge and the leadership team is focused. The executives are transparent and open to learning from individual contributors in a way I’ve not experienced before. They regularly take time to call out and recognize the contributions and expertise of individuals and teams. The expectations and the role I play in the company’s success are clear. I'm trusted to do my job and my input is actually listened to and valued by my colleagues. Expectations are high, but the support and resources I need to be successful are readily provided. My boss actively works to eliminate roadblocks, gives me room to try new things and always gives credit for wins to the team. There's a unique spirit of collaboration and camaraderie that makes the office welcoming, fast-paced and exciting. Love that the company supports local charities and volunteerism. Employee surveys aren’t just done for show, they’re followed up and acted upon. Company meetings and updates are frequent, so we’re all working toward the same goals, from the same playbook. Schedules are flexible when needed.

The cafe area has echoes, foosball can get a little boisterous and sometimes people don't put their dishes in the dishwasher.
