Because it's a small agency, everyone's skill set is utilized and we are always being stretched when expanding our capabilities. If you want to grow professionally, they are more than willing to put the resources and projects in front of you to help you succeed. We get clients of all kinds so the exposure to different industries always provides great learning opportunities. Also, you always have access to the leadership of the company. The agency offers much flexibility when it comes to working remotely or choosing the hours that you work. The dress code is fairly casual. The office is located near the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, so great food is only a five minute walk away.
