      Pros

      For lone wolves. You work by yourself. No co-workers or boss. Good you in between employment. It will motivate you to find a better job.

      Kontras

      Crouching, kneeling and standing for hours picking up items and scanning the barcode. Like a field worker or strawberry picker type job. No comfort or pads provided. Your on your own. Masochist type stuff, that some get into, some can't. Not worth the damage to your side and back in the long run. Knew some who had to quit due to medical issues. You won't last several years in the field. Good for young people just passing through or needing spending money.

      Pros

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Kontras

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
