Decent pay, decent benefit, fun group of people (Vermeer side, the John Deere group is a bit weird). If you are an hourly employee, just say you are burnt out or complain about being overworked, they will throw a buck or two at you to shut you up. (Not bad if you are a money driven person)!
Kontras
Promoting from within is crap shoot, they run thin, be prepared to do the work of 3+ people. Customers know they can treat the employees horrible and get away with it. The answer is “the customers pay your check!” If you are not in the sales department be prepared to catch all the BS.
