Freedom at a school where management trips over itself - Teacher bei RDF International School: Mitarbeiterbewertung

During my time, many of the teachers were excellent. Unfortunately, ownership decided to cut salaries by 30-40% and push out the good teachers.

The owner, Mona, is as clueless as she is arrogant and disrespectful to her entire staff. Despite hiring qualified leadership, she insists on micromanaging and pushing her personal agenda ahead of what is best for the school and students. The principal is a total figurehead, with no fortitude or power. Run, don't walk, in the other direction. Oh, and the owner is openly racist, on multiple occasions saying she "prefers to hire white teachers."

Most of the teachers are talented, professional, and hard working. Most students are quite good.

RDF is doing a lot of illegal and unethical things. I was being asked to cover up these illegal activities. Also, the ownership and HR are not to be trusted, no matter how nice they seem. They stole money from numerous employees and fired several employees without and due process or notice. They have also decreased salaries by over 30% in the last 2 years.
