The training is insufficient. Targets are very high and you have to battle with colleagues every day to try to secure work which is 'easier' in order to hit your targets. Everything you do all day every day is logged on the Computer system and you will be quality checked by others, even things like spelling mistakes will be held against you and if you make more than a couple of mistakes in a week then you will likely be fired. Routinely treated like a criminal with random searches by management where they make you go through airport style security. if you are late clocking back in once after any break by more than 5 minutes no matter what happens you will have pay deducted from your wages. Almost impossible to be hired full time.
