RCE has a very laid back atmosphere, with decent pay and benefits.

Management is lost. This company flies by the seat of its pants. Projects are started, drop, and/or completed on a whim. It’s all about the bottom line, and quality isn’t a real concern. Employees are treated like unintelligent, untrained bodies.
Also, RCE only uses one job shop. No thought of competitive quoting, or holding their only supplier accountable for shotty work.
