Pro I could only think of is the quarterly bonus, other than that, idk.

Last bonus of the year is on November so no more money every December. The hmo limit also is very low compared to other companies. And also, there is no thanksgiving party whatsoever. It matters because the employees will feel that they are valued too. Think about it.
