Got fired on a whim - Electrical Apprentice bei RBT Electric: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been an employee of RBT for almost a year. Its small office and staff make it feel friendly and not just coworkers. We are not being micromanaged, I enjoy the family environment experienced thus far. I have a great energetic mentor guiding me to reach my goals. My favorite things about RBT - Flexible working from home - Paid Time off - Paid Holidays - Health Insurance paid by RBT at 100% - Location - All projects I've been assigned - Employee appreciation gift cards

The turnover in the administrative department has to be the only negative thing I have seen. Not sure what is affecting it but would like to see that get better.

Love this company. The President is forward-looking, positive and has great relationships with General Contractors, suppliers and within the construction community at large. The office staff are extremely knowledgable and a great resource and the Field Staff and Foremen are hard-working and dedicated.

Like all small, growing companies at times there are growing pains but the positives outweigh the negatives.
